For many years, I transformed high-level roundtable discussions among federal technology leaders into concise, actionable white papers for ATARC.

These 5-page briefs were distributed to participants and widely used by government technologists to keep pace with emerging trends in Federal IT.

In total, I authored dozens of these white papers covering topics such as cybersecurity, insider risk, open source security, zero trust, artificial intelligence, warfighter technology, and digital transformation.

Each paper required listening to the recorded roundtable discussion, identifying a common theme, highlighting key insights, and presenting them in a clear, organized format.
